Our surface mount phone jacks connect station wire to a phone jack, allowing the use of a standard phone connector. The 4 wire telephone jacks work with all 2 or 4 wire systems and are good for 1 or 2 modem or phone and fax line. The ivory wall plate mounts to standard electrical outlet box or flush mounts to drywall.
